All plans are billed monthly.
Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel anytime.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Onboarding Fees
Any setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are only considered if:
- Service was never delivered due to our error
- Duplicate payment
- Technical billing issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.

Processing Time
